I’m Dr. Shana Carter, PT, DPT, EdD, OCS. I’m a licensed physical therapist with 10+ years of experience across travel PT, pelvic health, education, curriculum development, and business ownership.
Q: How are your services delivered?
Most services are virtual via Zoom or phone. Some in-person opportunities are available for speaking or CEU workshops.
Q: What’s your refund or cancellation policy?
Refunds and cancellations vary by service. Coaching sessions require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Course sales are typically final, but I offer support to ensure satisfaction.
Q: Do you work with OT students or other rehab professionals?
Yes! While much of my content is geared toward PTs, many services — especially side hustle consulting — are open to OTs, SLPs, and other healthcare providers.
